CAMPAIGN CALENDAR MON 11TH-SUN 17TH APRIL
We only have 3 weeks left to go. This week we have two priorities for the campaign here in Maryhill and Springburn:-
- Supporters Letters. We have letters to go out to thousands of voters all over the constituency. We need as much support from volunteers as possible to get them all delivered.
- Postal Votes. Postal votes start to get delivered this week. From Thursday onwards we will be trying to call or visit as many as possible to make sure they have their papers, and that they vote
We'll be doing all this from the campaign hub at 1346 Maryhill Road. If the rooms are open, you can pop in, although we'll be running sessions each day at the following times:-
Monday - Friday
Meet at the rooms either 11am - 2pm - 6.30pm
Milton Thursday
Thursday at 7pm we'll be out in Milton and we'l love a big team to come out and target this area. Either meet us at the rooms at 6.30pm or join us for 7pm at Ashgill Recreation Center, 340 Ashgill Road, G22 7HW (Anne McLaughlin MP will meet volunteers at 7pm at the Centre)
Sunny Saturday
The weather is turning better so we want to get street stalls out, as well as targeting specific voters on the doors. Leafleting is also available. Events planned are
10am - Women's session led by our Women's Officer in the campaign rooms
11am - Street stalls and Morning campaign session
2pm - Afternoon campaign session
Sunday
1pm - General campaign session
